Super Yacht Australia

i already have super yacht visa for Australia but POEA wants me to get seaman book among others,DO I HAVE TO?

I’m a Filipina and I have already received my super yacht visa (SUBCLASS488) from Australian sponsor but when i went to POEA they want me to get a seaman’s book among others, DO I HAVE TO? My visa does not require these but POEA demands i do? what should i do? i was hired as a stewardess basically for my communication skills, some have advised that i just proceed to the airport and go to Sydney but are there no other choices?My sponsors want me in Sydney by the 2nd week of Sept.’09
