Looking For a Babble Fish

Have you ever imagined fishing over the blue waters and then suddenly one of the fish you have caught talks back to you? That’s a babble fish, alright. But if it really happens, what would be your reaction? Are you going to let the fish go or will you consider taking it to the shore? The fish would surely be a delight for every one else to see. Well, it’s a big decision. Letting the fish go may mean you won’t see it ever again. And it would be hard to prove to everybody else that you did see a babble fish. But if you do take it to the shore, it may die on the way. Babble fish are going to be entirely delicate, knowing that they’re rare species – if they ever existed that is.

While these instances may only happen in your wildest imagination, the thought is entertaining to thinking about. Just imagine if you do come face to face with something extraordinary – something you can’t describe. It happens. And it may happen to you. Most of the stories you are hearing everyday are so outrageous it can’t be true. But some people do have proofs to show. A good example is the Maiken Yacht.

The story has it that the crew of Maiken yacht encountered something like a spectacle when they are out fishing and are doing some island hopping. One crew member said that as they are wading their way back, the waters all around them turned into sands and stones. The blue sea that they’re sailing on was covered with soil they can’t see any water at all. And the incident proposes a huge problem for the yacht’s propeller. The stones would definitely catch in it.

It’s a good thing that they have checked everything about the yacht thoroughly and have sailed in a vessel of tiptop condition. Else, they won’t be able to head back safely and easily. And there won’t be any story to tell. Because they would surely be stuck right there in the middle of ocean filled with stones. And they would have to try to survive without any water or food. The seas eventually cleared up and the water showed a little later. However, a volcanic island had appeared over the horizon and right before their very eyes. It seems like there’s an underwater volcano that had blown up while they were in the area. They’re lucky they weren’t hurt.

This particular sea adventure can qualify as their babble fish. It is something that the crew didn’t expect to encounter, but it had happened nevertheless. To a common person, it is quite hard to taken on as true. It is a good thing that one of the crew members of the Maiken Yacht crew had brought a camera along. As such, there were pictures taken to remind them of their experience. But even with proof, there are still people that don’t believe in their adventure. However, the crew merely wants to show people what they’ve seen and not convince them. This is their babble fish. Now, what would be yours?
